Meet Reed

A lifelong Central New York resident, Reed is a first-time Cortland County Legislator representing the town and village of Homer (LD-10). He graduated from the Homer Central School District in 2018 and has since become an active and engaged young citizen in the Homer community. He works as a Substitute Teacher in several Cortland County school districts, volunteers with the Cortland County League of Women Voters, and serves as Co-Chair of the Cortland County Youth Board. He is also the Program Director of the Homer Shakespearean & Thespian Society. 

Legislative District 10

One of the most basic functions of any government is to set clear standards for public order and safety.

All of us must rise to the challenge of reversing an approaching climate catastrophe.

As County Legislator, I will encourage all residents to participate in our political processes and government institutions.
